About us
The Prodigy People team is led by Caroline Walters, who has over 20 years’ experience in the recruitment industry. Caroline launched Retail Therapy Recruiting in 2007, but due to her recruitment services expanding, she has recently re-launched her business as Prodigy People.
The team has a track record of identifying and placing best-fit candidates across the Australian job market, and are specialists in the Aged Care, Retail and Business Support sectors.
