Prodigy People Managing Director
Caroline is one of Australia’s leading recruitment professionals. She established her first recruitment company, Retail Therapy Recruiting Pty Ltd, in 2007. In her 20 years’ + experience in the recruitment industry, she has built a reputation based on trust and results.
Caroline has been the preferred recruitment partner for retail clients including ALDI Stores, L’Oreal, LVMH Group, Dan Murphy’s and within the aged care sector with companies such as Estia Health, Regis, Calvary, BaptistCare NSW and RFBI.
As a result of Caroline’s business growth and expansion into a broad range of recruitment service areas, Retail Therapy Recruiting was renamed Prodigy People in 2019.

Nina Whitfield
Team Administrator
Nina completed high school in the Southern Highlands at Frensham and then relocated to Melbourne to successfully complete a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in 2020.
Throughout University Nina completed a 6 month Marketing Internship where she was involved in all areas of business administration, marketing strategies and campaigns, financial reporting and commerce operations. Nina has moved back to the Southern Highlands and has joined the team at Prodigy People to assist with all Consultant administrative needs.
Recruitment and building strong candidate and client relationships comes second nature to Nina. Nina is an outgoing, energetic, dedicated administrator with a strong focus on relationship building.
